1. Herbal Tea Blend for Digestion:

- Ingredients: 1 part peppermint leaves, 1 part chamomile flowers, 1 part fennel seeds.

- Instructions: Mix the herbs together and store in an airtight container. To prepare, steep 1 teaspoon of the blend in a cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy after meals for improved digestion.

2. Lavender Jelly:

- Ingredients: 2 cups lavender flowers, 4 cups water, 4 cups sugar, 1 lemon (juiced), 2 tbsp of gelatinous.

- Instructions: In a saucepan, combine lavender flowers and water. Simmer for 20 minutes, then strain. Return the lavender-infused water to the saucepan, add sugar, lemon juice, and pectin. Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 1 minute. Pour into sterilised jars and let cool to set.

3. Soothing Calendula Balm:

- Ingredients: 1 cup calendula-infused oil, 1/4 cup beeswax pellets, 10 drops lavender essential oil.

- Instructions: In a double boiler, melt the beeswax pellets and calendula-infused oil together. Remove from heat and stir in lavender essential oil. Pour the mixture into small containers and let it cool and solidify.

4. Eucalyptus Oil Infusion:

- Ingredients: 1 cup eucalyptus leaves, 1 cup carrier oil (such as olive or almond oil).

- Instructions: Place eucalyptus leaves in a glass jar and cover with the carrier oil. Stir gently to ensure all leaves are submerged. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks. Strain the oil and transfer to a clean bottle. Use for chest rubs or add a few drops to a warm bath for respiratory relief.

5. Immune-Boosting Herbal Tea:

- Ingredients: 1 part elderberries, 1 part echinacea root, 1 part rose hips.

- Instructions: Mix the herbs together and store in an airtight container. To prepare, steep 1 teaspoon of the blend in a cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy daily to support the immune system.

6. Rosemary and Mint Foot Balm:

- Ingredients: 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup shea butter, 2 tablespoons beeswax pellets, 10 drops rosemary essential oil, 10 drops peppermint essential oil.

- Instructions: In a double boiler, melt the coconut oil, shea butter, and beeswax pellets together. Remove from heat and stir in rosemary and peppermint essential oils. Pour the mixture into small containers and let it cool and solidify. Massage onto feet for soothing and refreshing relief.

7. Chamomile Oil Infusion:

- Ingredients: 1 cup chamomile flowers, 1 cup carrier oil (such as sweet almond or jojoba oil).

- Instructions: Place chamomile flowers in a glass jar and cover with the carrier oil. Stir gently to ensure all flowers are submerged. Seal the jar and let it sit in a sunny spot for 2-4 weeks, shaking occasionally. Strain the oil and transfer to a clean bottle. Use for massage or as a calming ingredient in skincare products.

8. Ginger and Lemon Tea Blend:

- Ingredients: 1 part dried ginger root, 1 part dried lemon peel.

- Instructions: Mix the herbs together and store in an airtight container. To prepare, steep 1 teaspoon of the blend in a cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy for a warming and invigorating tea.

9. Calendula Salve:

- Ingredients: 1 cup calendula-infused oil, 1/4 cup beeswax pellets, 10 drops lavender essential oil.

- Instructions: In a double boiler, melt the beeswax pellets and calendula-infused oil together. Remove from heat and stir in lavender essential oil. Pour the mixture into small tins or jars and let it cool and solidify. Apply to minor skin irritations or dry patches for soothing relief.

10. Peppermint Lip Balm:

- Ingredients: 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 tablespoon shea butter, 1 tablespoon beeswax pellets, 10 drops peppermint essential oil.

- Instructions: In a double boiler, melt the coconut oil, shea butter, and beeswax pellets together. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint essential oil. Pour the mixture into small lip balm containers and let it cool and solidify. Apply to lips for moisturising and refreshing benefits.
