Fire Cider

BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY WITH THIS AGE OLD TONIC THAT ADDS A KICK TO YOUR WINTER IMMUNE PROTOCOL. It is also wonderful for supporting digestion and reducing bloating.

This recipe is a wonderful addition to your morning routine, simple shot 30ml of this spicy tonic to increase your vitamin C intake, boost your metabolism and fight off any infection.

Recipe for my Fire Cider:

- 1 large knob of ginger

- 1 knob of fresh turmeric

- 2 whole lemons

- 1 whole orange

- 3 glove garlic

- 1 tablespoon manuka/raw honey

- 1 onion peeled and chopped

- 1 small knob horseradish/1 fresh chilli

- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar

Roughly chop all ingredients and place into sealable jar, top with apple cider vinegar and allow to soaked for 1-4 weeks in a cool/dark place - strain and enjoy a shot every morning (store in the fridge after opening).

Alternatively, blend all ingredients. Strain and store in a jar in the fridge for a quick shot.
