Nourishing Chicken Soup
SUPPORT & NOURISH YOUR GUT LINING AND IMMUNE SYSTEM WITH THIS SUPER HEALING CHICKEN SOUP.
Recipe:
2 organic/free range chicken breast/thighs (or 1 whole chicken)
1 litre of good quality bone broth (chicken or beef)
3 sticks celery chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 handful parsley
1 teaspoon salt & pepper
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 stems of spring onion
1 packet of brown rice vermicelli noodles
1 large knob of ginger
1 knob of fresh turmeric
1 lemon (peeled and diced)
3 clove garlic
1 onion peeled and chopped
1 fresh chilli
Dash of apple cider vinegar
Roughly chop all ingredients and place into your slow cooker or pot (expect noodles), cooked on high for 2-6 hours and enjoy!
Cook and add noodles in last minute!
