Nourishing Chicken Soup

SUPPORT & NOURISH YOUR GUT LINING AND IMMUNE SYSTEM WITH THIS SUPER HEALING CHICKEN SOUP.

Recipe:

  • 2 organic/free range chicken breast/thighs (or 1 whole chicken)

  • 1 litre of good quality bone broth (chicken or beef)

  • 3 sticks celery chopped

  • 2 carrots chopped

  • 1 handful parsley

  • 1 teaspoon salt & pepper

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 2 stems of spring onion

  • 1 packet of brown rice vermicelli noodles

  • 1 large knob of ginger

  • 1 knob of fresh turmeric

  • 1 lemon (peeled and diced)

  • 3 clove garlic

  • 1 onion peeled and chopped

  • 1 fresh chilli

  • Dash of apple cider vinegar

Roughly chop all ingredients and place into your slow cooker or pot (expect noodles), cooked on high for 2-6 hours and enjoy!

Cook and add noodles in last minute!
