Directions
Prepare the pancake batter
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Add the almond meal, collagen powder, chia/flaxseeds, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to allow the seeds to absorb liquid.
Cook the pancakes
