Collagen Muffins
Combine the following and put into the oven at 165 degrees for 30 minutes or until light brown!
2 cups almond meal
1/4 cup vanilla collagen powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon powder
90gr grass fed butter lightly melted or 1/4 cup coconut oil
2 eggs whisked
2 bananas mashed
1/2 cup organic frozen berries
