Collagen Muffins

Combine the following and put into the oven at 165 degrees for 30 minutes or until light brown!

  • 2 cups almond meal

  • 1/4 cup vanilla collagen powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 90gr grass fed butter lightly melted or 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 2 eggs whisked

  • 2 bananas mashed

  • 1/2 cup organic frozen berries
